Please review the following terms of service (“TOS” or “Agreement”) concerning your use of this Site. By accessing, using or downloading any materials from the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by the TOS.
1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the services provided by OnlineNotaryUSA.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and understand the distinct roles and capacities in which the owner operates. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Important Notice: OnlineNotaryUSA.com is owned and operated by a professional who is a Texas Commissioned Notary Public, a practicing Bangladesh Lawyer, and a Certified Foreign Legal Consultant in Texas. It is crucial to distinguish the capacity in which services are provided—whether as a Notary Public, Lawyer, or Foreign Legal Consultant.
2. Service Description: At OnlineNotaryUSA.com, we offer a comprehensive range of services to meet your legal and notarial needs. Our services are provided by a highly qualified professional who is a Texas-Commissioned Notary Public, an experienced Bangladeshi Lawyer, and a Certified Foreign Legal Consultant in Texas. Whether you require document preparation such as Various Application Forms, selection and preparation of Notary Certificates or Remote Online Notarization (RON), we have the expertise to assist you. It is important to understand the capacity in which services are provided—whether as a Notary Public, Lawyer, or Foreign Legal Consultant. We allow visitors from anywhere in the world to find and schedule an appointment with a commissioned US Notary Public, Lawyer and Foreign Legal Consultant in Texas.
3. Legal vs. Notarial Services
Legal Services: When preparing legal documents such as application forms, notarial certificates during a Remote Online Notarization (RON) Live session, the services are provided in the capacity of a Lawyer or Certified Foreign Legal Consultant.
Notarial Services: When performing notarizations, the services are provided strictly in the capacity of a Notary Public. No legal advice or document preparation is conducted under this role. States may have requirements that could restrict the use of remote online notarizations in some circumstances or may require a Notary Public commissioned in their state. Please consult your legal counsel and/or your intended recipient to determine if our Service is suitable for your transaction.
4. Fee Structure: Fees for legal services and notarial services are separate and must be clearly understood by the client. By using our services, you agree to pay the fees as outlined in the price list available on our website or as communicated during service engagement. Fees for legal services e.g. notary certificate selection and preparation etc. are separate from notarial fees. The listed fees released on the website of OnlineNotaryUSA.com are indicative and may vary based on the specific requirements of your case. There is no fee-splitting between the legal and notarial roles.
Notarial Certificate Selection and Preparation
We assist in the selection and preparation of various notarial certificates, tailored to your specific needs.
Fee Range: Selection and preparation of various notarial certificates flat fee $85.
Note: This service is provided under the capacity of a lawyer or Foreign Legal Consultant, not as a notary public.
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
We offer secure and compliant Remote Online Notarization services for a variety of documents, ensuring they are legally valid across the U.S.
Notarization Fees: $25 for Remote Online Notarization, plus the regular notary fees as per Texas State-specific fee.
Note: This service is provided under the capacity of a Notary Public. Each RON session will be limited to 15 minutes and will include 1 signer, 1 document, and 1 notary seal with a digital signature and 1 notarial certificate. For sessions with 2 signers, 1 document, and 1 notary seal with digital signatures and 2 separate notarial certificates, the session will be limited to 30 minutes.
Technical Services and Support Provided by Third Party Vendor
Apart from the RON fee, there is an additional $30 cost for services provided by a reputable third-party service provider or vendor. These services include:
Credential analysis (verifying the government-issued ID of the signer).
Identity proofing and knowledge-based authentication (KBA) (using public and proprietary data sources to verify the signer’s identity).
Cloud storage for securely managing documents, data and audio-video record.
Document data management.
Use of two-way audio and video communication technology. Technical support for ensuring the integrity of the notarization process, including security features and cryptographic security checks.
The $30 fee is charged separately to cover third-party services used during the RON process. These services—such as credential analysis, identity proofing, cloud storage, and technical support—are critical for maintaining security and compliance but are distinct from the notary’s service fees. The $35 fee (comprised of the $25 RON fee and $10 regular notary fee) covers the notarial act itself, while the $30 covers the additional technical and security-related services. These costs associated with these vital services, ensure a secure and seamless RON experience for both the notary public and the signer.
